to support our fast-paced talent acquisition efforts on a contract (1099)
basis. This role offers flexible weekly hours based on workload, with an
anticipated ramp-up from 10 hours/week initially to full-time hours (up to 40
hours/week) during peak periods. As a contract recruiter, you will work
closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to identify, engage,
and deliver top-tier technical talent across a range of roles, including cloud
architecture, DevOps, data engineering, software development, and more.
• Source and attract qualified candidates using a variety of channels
(e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, networking)
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain accurate candidate records and progress updates
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment
process
• Track and manage candidates using the company's Greenhouse
applicant tracking system.
• 3+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, preferably in
fast-paced, high-growth environments
• Proven success placing roles such as Cloud Engineers, DevOps
Engineers, Software Developers, Data Engineers, and Architects
• Strong sourcing skills across multiple platforms and the ability to
identify and engage passive candidates
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working independently as a contractor with minimal
supervision
• Experience with ATS platforms (Greenhouse) and sourcing tools
(LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search)

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting
