The Concierge Banking Officer helps the bank fulfill its vision by delivering personalized, high-touch banking services. This role acts as a trusted financial partner, offering top notch support for top clients’ banking and financial needs, ensuring exceptional customer service, discretion, and tailored financial solutions.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Nurtures relationships for individuals, families, business owners, and executives by providing value-added services, expertise, and personalized proactive high-touch experience acting as their primary point of contact for all banking services.
- Anticipates client needs for their generation and provides proactive solutions with discretion, professionalism and urgency tailored to the client’s goals.
- Coordinates the services across personal and business needs to ensure a seamless financial experience for clients.
- Partners with Retail Banking, Relationship Banking, and Treasury Management personnel to create new and expand existing client relationships.
- Participates in company’s organized officer call program meeting with at least two clients and/or prospects per day. Conducts relationship reviews (at a minimum annually). These reviews would include a real-time review of their needs, stretching to understand and develop five-year plan growth plans.
- Provides personalized assistance for clients to ensure continuity. The concierge-level support is in person, by phone, or digitally, and not limited to standard banking hours.
- Advises clients and prospects on customized banking products and services, that include but not limited to deposits, credit, lending, treasury services, and digital tools.
- Guides financial conversations with complete or multi-entity financial needs.
- Supports business owners and executives on optimizing personal and business financial flows.
- Strategically maintains public relations with the community by serving on local boards and committees and attending community functions.
- Remains proficient in First Bank’s software including but not limited to account opening platform, CRM, and core systems.
- Protects the bank and clients by following company policies and procedures and completing required BSA and compliance courses.

Work Environment
- Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00-5:00 but additional hours will be required for client meetings, company meetings, and training.
- Job Arrangement: Full-time, permanent
- Travel Requirement: Frequent. The job will require travel on a regular basis, but rarely will the travel involve overnight-stays. The travel may be for client and employee meetings, training, or other work-related duties.
- Remote Work: The role is hybrid working from multiple banking locations, clients’ preferred locations, and virtual channels.
- Physical Effort: May require sitting for prolonged periods.
- Environmental Conditions: No adverse environmental conditions expected.
