Requirements
Key job responsibilities:
- Executing 15+ in-person sales contacts every day / 60 each week
- Leaving a minimum trials with prospective customers each week
- Establishing a minimum of 4 new customers each week through cold calling, networking, social media prospecting, and lead execution
- Increasing value with the addition of program solutions to two of our current customers each week
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records in Salesforce
- Performing all duties safely
- Maintaining the company vehicle
Here’s what we’re looking for:
- Exposure or experience in outside sales.
- A successful background in a remote field sales/business development role
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a plus)
- Highly motivated, target-driven with a proven track record
- Highly competitive, a “refuse to lose” mentality.
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Coachable team players
- Valid driver’s license and the ability to meet pre-employment and periodic MVR requirements
- Possess the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is not required, but a big plus
