We are seeking a Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable Salesforce solutions that support our growing business in the financial services industry. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Salesforce platform development and expertise in APEX, as well as a passion for delivering innovative and secure solutions aligned with enterprise standards. You will work closely with product owners, engineers, and stakeholders to build and enhance applications that empower our advisors and internal users, while contributing to a scalable and sustainable Salesforce ecosystem.

Essential Duties:As a key member of our Salesforce team, you’ll:
- Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce solutions using APEX, Lightning Components, Visualforce, and more.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn business needs into smart, scalable technical solutions.
- Build and maintain secure integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise platforms.
- Participate in every phase of the software development lifecycle—including requirement analysis, technical design, coding, testing, deployment, and support.
- Contribute to Agile ceremonies and help deliver incremental value using Agile and LeSS methodologies.
- Write clean, testable code and contribute to automated testing efforts to ensure quality and security.
- Document architecture and processes for transparency and sustainability.
- Work closely with senior engineers and architects to align with enterprise standards and best practices.
- Stay ahead of the curve by recommending improvements based on evolving Salesforce trends and capabilities.
- Support the health of our applications through CI/CD pipeline contributions and production environment monitoring.
The ideal candidate will have an intermediate to advanced level of experience in Salesforce development (APEX, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL) and Salesforce integrations. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, agile environments and front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
Certificates & Licenses:Salesforce Administrator, Platform Developer, or Architect certification desired.
A commitment to pursuing these certifications is also welcome!
Experience in financial services or regulated industries.
Exposure to Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Financial Services Cloud.
Compensation: $110,000 - $140,000. This range is a good faith estimate of the compensation to be offered for this position based on the ideal candidate’s qualifications, the Company’s operational needs, and other considerations permitted by law. The actual pay offered to a specific candidate may vary above or below the stated range.
