Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Supervisor will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract, hire, and retain top talent. This role requires a proactive leader with a deep understanding of talent acquisition best practices, exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to align hiring initiatives with organizational goals. The Talent Acquisition Supervisor will oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, manage the corporate TA process and lead team members, and foster strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment Strategy Development: Design and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies to meet current and future hiring needs, leveraging market trends and data-driven insights.
- IT Recruitment: Talent acquisition supervisor will spearhead the recruitment of top-tier IT professionals, including software engineers, data scientists, cybersecurity experts, and other technical roles
- End-to-End Recruitment: Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Employer Branding: Partner with marketing and leadership to enhance the company’s employer brand through social media, job boards, career fairs, and other channels.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand departmental needs, define job requirements, and ensure alignment on candidate profiles.
- Diversity and Inclusion: Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives in recruitment processes to build a diverse workforce.
- Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes, tools, and technologies to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
- Data and Reporting: Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other tools to track recruitment metrics, analyze performance, and provide regular reports to Director of TA.
- Compliance: Ensure all recruitment practices comply with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with at least 2 years in IT recruitment,
- Proven track record of successfully hiring for a variety of roles across different functions and levels.
- Skills and Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday,) and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.)
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive recruitment decisions.
- High level of emotional intelligence, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
- Preferred Qualifications:

Compensation range: $61,893 - $92,839
