The Treasury Associate will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day treasury operations at Aduro Advisors. Reporting directly to the Treasury Manager, you'll be responsible for accurately processing a high volume of wires and other payment types for our Venture Capital and Private Equity fund clients. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of treasury operations, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional client service.
Here is the type of work you will do:
- Assist with the daily treasury operations on behalf of clients, including the accurate and timely processing of wires, ACH payments, and other payment types.
- Execute payment instructions and ensure proper documentation and record-keeping.
- Identify and escalate potential client service issues or operational discrepancies to the Treasury Manager or Head of Treasury.
- Support the adherence to treasury policies and procedures to ensure compliance with internal processes and regulatory requirements.
- Assist with the utilization of treasury management systems and banking portals for daily tasks.
- Support reconciliation activities and prepare basic treasury reports as needed.
- Work closely with fund accounting teams on the processing of client cash transactions, adopt a client service mentality when dealing with internal teams.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as Accounting and People Ops, to ensure seamless operations.
- Identify and suggest opportunities for minor process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Support the Treasury Manager and Head of Treasury on ad hoc projects, as needed.
The salary range for the Treasury Associate position is $60,000 - $65,000. Salary is determined based on current market data and candidate experience level.

- 1-2 years of experience in treasury operations, finance, or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
