Position Overview: 

Are you a hands-on marketer who thrives on rolling up your sleeves and getting things done? ABC Legal is looking for a B2B Marketing Manager to drive campaign execution, lead generation, and event marketing efforts. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning projects end-to-end and collaborating across teams to make things happen. 
 
This position is hybrid, based in Seattle. Reports to the Director of Marketing. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Execute integrated B2B marketing campaigns across digital, email, content, and events to drive qualified leads and support sales goals. 

Own and manage event marketing initiatives, including webinars, trade shows, and client events. 

Develop sales enablement materials such as case studies, pitch decks, and email sequences. 

Create and manage content including blog posts, whitepapers, and customer stories tailored to legal and enterprise audiences. 

Track and report on campaign performance, lead quality, and ROI, using insights to optimize future efforts. 

Manage marketing automation tools and CRM integrations to ensure smooth lead flow and reporting. 

Collaborate with sales, product, and operations teams to align marketing efforts with business priorities. 

Qualifications: 

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 

3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in legal tech, SaaS, or professional services. 

Proven ability to execute demand generation and lead nurturing campaigns. 

Strong writing and content creation skills. 

Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce). 

Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making. 

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

Experience marketing to legal professionals, law firms, or enterprise buyers. 

Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and paid media strategies. 

Project management skills and experience working with creative teams or agencies.
