With the core onboarding structure in place, your mission is to drive adherence, accountability, and adoption across the sales organization—ensuring every new hire is set up to succeed and every sales leader is aligned with the onboarding standards.

This role is ideal for a people-centric operator who can build strong relationships, use data and influence to drive behavior, and lead through accountability—even without direct authority. You will be the implementation engine behind the sales enablement vision, embedding consistency and high performance across distributed teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Drive Adoption & Accountability: Ensure adherence to the onboarding program and performance standards across all sales departments; hold sales leaders accountable for their role in onboarding, using influence and data.

New Hire Onboarding Leadership: Serve as the primary owner of the onboarding journey—from pre-start readiness to 30/60/90 milestones—ensuring consistent experiences and accelerated time-to-productivity.

Cross-Functional Influence: Partner closely with Recruiting, Sales Leadership, HR, and Sales Operations to align program delivery with business objectives and ensure seamless handoffs throughout the employee lifecycle.

People Development & Coaching: Design and lead workshops, interactive training, and feedback sessions that elevate skill development for both new hires and front-line leaders. Serve as a developmental coach and onboarding advocate.

Program Implementation & Refinement: Operationalize onboarding processes by setting clear expectations, tracking milestones, escalating gaps, and continuously improving the experience based on data and feedback.

Performance Monitoring & Enablement: Use call reviews, data dashboards, and performance metrics to identify coaching needs and recommend improvement plans. Partner with sales leaders to drive execution of these plans.

Reporting & Insights: Leverage dashboards and data analysis to prepare and deliver reports that tell a compelling story about onboarding effectiveness and new hire readiness.

Culture of Ownership: Build a culture where every stakeholder—recruiters, managers, trainers—knows their role in the onboarding process and is equipped to deliver their piece of the experience effectively.
