Reports to the Financial Reporting Manager
The purpose of this position is to assist with the routine day-to-day administration of fund structures under the direction of a Financial Reporting Manager. You will work alongside an experienced Transactional Administrator as part of a sub-team, working closely with Fund Accountants, within our Private Equity department.
This is a full-time, permanent position and our office hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm. Our office is based in Whiteley, Fareham and we do offer hybrid working.
What you'll be doing
- Assist with all aspects of the administration of funds and associated fund structures
- Maintain accurate logs and trackers for investor requests
- Assist with the completion of routine audit queries
- Set up tasks for and assist with static data amendments
- Provide or source supporting documentation for a variety of fund operations
- Maintain accurate records on eFront and investor portals
- Ensuring accurate and timely payment of invoices and other payments
What we're looking for
- Previous Finance industry experience (e.g purchase/sales ledger clerk etc.) is preferred
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Computer literacy skills are essential; competent with Microsoft Outlook
- A keen attention to detail
We will provide in house training for relevant technical knowledge to enhance both your professional development and ability to provide sound administration and accountancy services. You will need to be quick to learn new systems and great with people, as close working relationships between our colleagues and clients are at the heart of what we do.
