What you will do
As Key Account Manager you will contribute to the SDA Sales Team Haier Europe. The KAM will be a true change agent with an agile approach thriving for idea contamination and with a hyper-collaborative approach that breaks silos and creates an open ecosystem.
Managing accounts for the company and building relationships with key personnel
Networking within local & national accounts to secure all business opportunities
Ensuring internal company functions give the highest level of customer service to national accounts
Monitoring incoming orders and ensuring these are fulfilled effectively
Forecasting right product quantities needed for next quarters
Holding regular monthly meetings with internal stakeholders about key accounts
Investigating and resolving queries and issues raised by national accounts
Taking a proactive approach to account management
Arranging meetings with all relevant decision makers within the customer
Holding business reviews to assess opportunities for sales
Constantly looking out for new sales and business opportunities in targeted markets
Analyzing market trends
Evaluating competitors’ activities
Ensuring that all costs are within the budget
What you need to succeed
Must have
Education: Degree in Economics
Professional Experience:
Previous experience in managing Amazon as a client
Proven track record of at least 3-5 years in sales, preferably within the home appliances or consumer electronics industry
Languages: Italian, Good knowledge of English
Preferred qualifications and technical & soft skills:
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends to inform strategies
Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
Negotiating skills and ability to work by objectives
Entrepreneurial spirit and approach
Other: Availability to travel
