The Boeing CompanyThe Boeing Company is looking for an Training Systems Support Center (TSSC) Manager to manage the training efforts for the C-17. The position is located at Altus AFB, OK.
Position Responsibilities:
- Oversee operation of training systems to include formal course scheduling, training device monitoring, training system change management and systems improvements.
- Work closely with the Site Lead and Logistics Manager to ensure a quality training support program is established and maintained.
- The selected applicant will report to a Senior Manager based in St. Louis and will drive execution of existing program tasks as well as support efforts to grow the business.
- Responsible for integrating products and capabilities with other sites and leading continuous improvement efforts.
- This role has significant opportunity for leadership exposure and skill development, ability to execute independently and setting new standards for excellence is expected.
- Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports
- Manages, develops and motivates employees.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Experience in leading or managing a team of 5 or more people
- Experience with team building, developing and motivating employees
- Experience with guiding implementation of new processes and best practices
- Aviation training or Aerospace support experience
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Previous training management experience
- Experience as a CAM (cost account manager) in EVM (earned value management)
- An active Secret U.S. Security Clearance. (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the post 24 months is considered active.).

Summary pay rate: $105,400 to $142,600
