Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintains the workflow volume for the Tax Department to meet internal and private investor Service Level Agreements (SLA).
  • Handles escalated loan level issues and provide departmental research assistance for complex issues as required to support client inquiries and various departments.
  • Works with management to ensure that internal and external audits are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Maintains the investor approval process for tax payments.
  • Works with vendors to ensure SLA’s are being met.
  • Works with the Manager to document, communicate, and implement changes in policy and procedures.
  • Identifies areas for improvement and efficiency.
  • Carries out responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws and regulations.
  • Completes required training courses in a timely manner.
