- Strong clinical knowledge and credibility—experience in a clinical role or working closely with providers, payors, or health systems
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills across complex organizations and buying groups
- Experience navigating long sales cycles and managing multiple concurrent deals or client initiatives
- Effective communicator who is able to tailor messaging for C-suite, clinical, and operational audiences
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with product, marketing, and clinical teams to influence roadmap and client solutions
- Analytical and strategic thinker, with the ability to translate clinical value into business outcomes
- Strong presentation skills and ability to lead business reviews, RFP responses, and solution demonstrations
