[solidcore] is seeking a Manager of Strategy & Insights to partner with leadership in identifying, evaluating, and executing high-impact growth opportunities and aid in strategic planning. Based in the vibrant Washington DC-metro area and reporting to the Director of Strategy & Insights, this position offers the opportunity to shape strategy at a rapidly growing, investor-backed company positioned to lead the studio fitness industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Framework Development: Structure and create evaluation frameworks for ambiguous problems and growth opportunities
Data-Driven Analysis: Lead market assessments, financial modeling, and scenario planning to support critical decisions
Business Case Development: Build comprehensive business cases and opportunity sizing for strategic initiatives
Project Leadership: Transform high-level goals into detailed project plans, resource allocation strategies, and organizational priorities
Market Intelligence: Conduct boutique fitness market research to identify expansion opportunities and competitive advantages
Consumer Insights: Analyze consumer research to inform growth strategy, innovation, brand positioning, and operational improvements
Cross-Functional Partnership: Partner with cross-functional teams to initiate, lead or contribute to large-scale / complex strategic projects
Executive Communication: Develop polished presentations and strategic recommendations for senior leadership
Required Skills & Experience:
Experience in strategic planning, market analysis, business case building, and scenario modeling
Experience with conducting and interpreting data analysis and financial modeling
Ability to breakdown complex problems combining qualitative and quantitative inputs
Quantitative background and advanced proficiency in Tableau, Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint skills
Ability to communicate effectively, synthesizing and explaining complex problems to executives and other key stakeholders
Ability to function in a player/coach role
Management consulting or private equity experience preferred
