Position Overview
As the Senior Vice President Client Practice for the Private Client Group, you will be the visionary and architect of OneDigital’s national private client insurance strategy, with a focus on both High Net Worth (HNW) and Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) segments. You will drive the alignment of carrier relationships, standardize operations, and lead a high-performing team to deliver exceptional client experiences and sustainable growth. Key Responsibilities
Carrier Relationship Leadership:
Lead the alignment and consolidation of national personal lines insurance carrier relationships, strengthening strategic partnerships to enhance product offerings, underwriting efficiencies, and profitability.
Strategic Practice Development:
Develop and execute a unified carrier engagement strategy that supports OneDigital’s national growth objectives and differentiates our Private Client Group in the marketplace.
Mid-Market Practice Design:
Design and implement a national Mid-Market Personal Insurance Practice, standardizing operations, client segmentation, and service delivery models to ensure consistency and scalability.
Regional Collaboration:
Partner with regional leaders to deploy best-in-class, scalable service solutions for high net worth clients, fostering a culture of collaboration and shared success.
High Net Worth Practice Leadership:
Build and define a national HNW & UHNW Personal Insurance Practice, curating exceptional service experiences and leveraging expertise from across all of OneDigital’s offices.
Market Positioning:
Develop segmentation strategies, product suites, and marketing plans to position OneDigital as a national leader in the HNW & UHNW personal insurance space.
Sales Team Empowerment:
Unify and empower a national HNW & UHNW sales team, driving growth through internal referrals, centers of influence, and new client acquisition.
Talent Development:
Implement training programs, sales enablement tools, and performance management strategies to drive accountability, results, and professional growth.
Qualifications
10+ years of progressive leadership experience in personal lines insurance, with direct responsibility for both mid-market and HNW & UHNW segments.
Deep understanding of national carrier partnerships, underwriting models, and evolving market trends.
Demonstrated success in building and scaling practices or divisions within a national or multi-regional insurance brokerage.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a proven ability to lead change, drive innovation, and deliver results in a matrixed organization.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills, with a collaborative and inclusive approach.
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or industry designations (e.g., CPCU, CIC, CPRIA) strongly preferred.
Ability to work with clients and partners at a strategic level
Ability to prioritize business activities that contribute to top-line and bottom-line growth
Ability to build collaborative relationships and exhibit influence skills

The typical base pay range for this role nationwide is $320,000 to $340,000 per year.
Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance. We also offer eligible employees health, wellbeing, retirement, and other financial benefits, paid time off, overtime pay for non-exempt employees, and robust learning and development programs. You will receive reimbursement of job-related expenses per the company policy and may receive employee perks and discounts.
