Job Description:
Are you a Title Officer with Arizona experience looking for your next opportunity with a trusted leader in the title insurance industry? At Old Republic Title, we’re seeking a detail-oriented, motivated professional to join our team and help us deliver exceptional service in real estate transactions. This position is 100% remote based.
What You’ll Do
You’ll play a vital role in real estate transactions by investigating public records to review and/or complete primarily residential title searches confirming property ownership, identifying encumbrances and title issues related to the preparation of title commitments. You’ll interact mostly with internal teams and potentially some clients in the course of your work.
*Residential title experience preferred, Commercial title experience a plus*
**THIS IS A REMOTE OPPORTUNITY FOR A CANDIDATE WITH ARIZONA TITLE EXPERIENCE**
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough and review completed title searches and examinations of public records.
Prepare and/or review title commitments in accordance with company guidelines.
Handle work volume with professionalism and poise.
Be able to use industry-standard software to complete searches, abstracts, and reports.
Maintain organization across multiple projects and deadlines.
Comply with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
Proficiency in title & abstracting software, Microsoft Word, Excel, and internet research
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
Self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively
Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
Dependable, punctual, and flexible
A positive attitude and a team-focused mindset
