Inside the Role

Support Aftermarket Service Product (ASP) initiatives and drive overall service revenue aligning with DTNA’s Go2030 strategy. The Sales and TC Coordinator will be primarily responsible for representing ASP at Transactional Council (TC) and supporting all National Account requests. This position will work independently to evaluate Fleet buying trends and make coverage recommendations. This includes customer-initiated requests, focusing on product profitability and driving exceptional customer service. In addition, this position will be supporting channel development projects, KPI reporting and managing the help inbox.

Position offers a starting salary range of $86,000.00 - $110,000.00 USD 

Pay offered dependent on knowledge, skills, and experience

What You Drive at DTNA

  • Lead customer service initiatives in the ASP Help inbox, driving CX and solution-based sales support
  • Proactively manage the TC – ASP relationship, which includes discovery, recommendation and implementation of coverage terms
  • Manage ad hoc request from National Account (NA) Managers
  • Develop ASP customer profiles to proactively with Cost Management to actively work contracts that are not profitable, and develop action plans internally
  • Ensure all WSC tickets, TCO’s, and pending queue activities are answered in a quick and timely manner
  • Develop, manage and execute customer action plans for purposes of accelerating complex issue resolution
  • Project support for strategic service initiatives aligning with Go2030
  • Drive continuous improvement including processes, systems and customer service.
  • Work closely with field sales to understand and communicate program related inquiries from the Dealer network.

Knowledge You Should Bring

  • BS/BA and  3-6 years of relevant experience, OR 6 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree​ 
  • Sales and/or Customer Service experience working with a wide array of customers
  • Experience in OWL, Salesforce, Excelerator, or similar CRM/ database
  • Understanding of key business drivers
  • Works independently within guidelines and policies to solve problems and provide sales support
  • Provides informal guidance to new and existing team members
  • Will lead projects or processes as required 
  • Microsoft Suite experience a must
  • Articulate business and customer needs through written and verbal communication
  • An attached resume is required

Exceptional Candidates Might Have

  • Expertise in OWL reporting and contract creation, is preferred
