
Remote Manager, Revenue Operations & GTM Engineering bei Pryon

In This Role, You Will Be Responsible For:
- Systems Architecture & Ownership
- Own and scale Pryon’s GTM tech stack (Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Apollo, Chili Piper, LinkedIn Sales Nav, and integrations) and beyond (i.e. Clay).
- Redesign and implement scalable Salesforce architecture (custom fields, objects, flows, validation rules)
- Evaluate and implement AI tooling, internal APIs, and no-code/low-code tools to accelerate GTM productivity
- Automation & GTM Infrastructure
- Build automations across lead routing, scoring, lifecycle stages, and reporting workflows
- Create end-to-end campaign and pipeline automations with minimal engineering dependency
- Reduce manual GTM effort by building smart workflows, integrations, and decision-based logic
- Insights, Reporting & Forecasting
- Build source-of-truth dashboards across the full funnel (leads to renewals)
- Design and maintain forecasting infrastructure, pipeline visibility, and growth diagnostics
- Own GTM metrics governance: enforce definitions, consistency, and trusted reporting
- Process Optimization & Enablement
- Design, document, and continuously improve GTM workflows (e.g., lead management, opportunity stages, handoffs)
- Conduct systems onboarding and training for GTM reps
- Troubleshoot issues and improve execution efficiency across Sales, Marketing, and Success
- Cross-Functional & Strategic Support
- Partner with GTM Strategic Projects Principal and Product/Engineering on launches, pricing changes, and integrations
- Serve as the connective tissue between data, systems, and GTM teams
- Help evaluate tooling decisions and integrations as we scale
What You'll Need to Be Successful:
- 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales/Marketing Ops, GTM Engineering, or related roles
- Advanced Salesforce administration/configuration experience; HubSpot, DemandBase, Gong, Apollo Clay and similar systems a strong plus
- Proficiency with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Domo, Looker, Tableau, Excel, Google Sheets, Airtable, or similar)
- Fluency in automation tools (Zapier, Workato, Tray.io) and API experience (Postman, GraphQL, etc.) a major plus
- Technical curiosity and builder mindset; comfort with low-code/no-code or light scripting (e.g., SQL, JavaScript, Python)
- Strong communicator, systems thinker, and stakeholder partner
- Deep understanding of B2B SaaS GTM motions and lifecycle
