About the role
As a Genesys Cloud Technology Architect, you will make an impact by implementing robust Genesys Cloud solutions. You will be a valued member of the Genesys Cloud team and work collaboratively with other stakeholders within the team.
In this role, you will:
- Design and implement robust Genesys Cloud solutions tailored to the Cards & Payments domain ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for Genesys Cloud Architect solutions.
- Oversee the deployment and configuration of Genesys Cloud platforms ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
- Provide technical guidance and support to development teams ensuring adherence to best practices and architectural standards.
- Conduct regular assessments of the Genesys Cloud environment to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary enhancements.

- Minimum 3 to 5 years of development experience implementing self-service IVR and Omni-Channel Orchestration Routing on Genesys Cloud CX.
- Functional and hands on experience on development on applications solutioning using Genesys Cloud CX Architect & Admin Flows.
- Thorough understanding of Genesys Framework, Integration with internal and external components.
- Genesys Cloud CX certified professional in one or more focused solution area (Inbound, Outbound, Multi-channel, Desktop, Integration, Recording, Reporting, etc.)
