- Plan, execute, and analyze gamification campaigns for players’ activation, retention, and reactivation;
Analyze and create segments for gamification campaigns;
Manage content inside the gamification back office;
Publish and update content;
Develop and maintain a gamification calendar aligned with main goals and ensure the deadlines are met;
- Assist with identifying new gamification techniques that are available for set up in the gamification back office to maintain a high level of customer engagement;
Ensure published content follows the overall promo concept;
Collaborate with content writers, designers, and others as needed;
Test the set content to make sure everything is working correctly;
Participate in hypothesis testing related to the retention and activation-related metrics.
We need your professional experience:
1.5+ years of experience in CRM, Retention, or Gamification Management within the iGaming industry.
Experience with bonus mechanics, quests, level systems, and tournaments.
High attention to detail, creativity, and understanding of player motivation dynamics.
Comfortable working cross-functionally with product, design, data, and communications teams.
Hands-on experience with Smartico platform.
