Who you are:
As a Marketing Analyst, you are our data master, always searching for new data to analyze and understand. In this role, you will consolidate marketing data to establish an internal system that makes it available for insight and analysis. You are our Frost champion, presenting findings and recommending strategies, and you love critical thinking and collaboration. You welcome a challenge and will strive to contentiously grow brand awareness with integrity, caring and excellence in mind.
What you’ll do:
Consolidate all marketing data from multiple sources to establish an internal system that makes all inside and outside data available for insight and analysis
Make recommendations on where Frost needs to augment its technology to enable a full view of all marketing aspects
Present technical findings in an easily understandable way to senior management in order to recommend strategy shifts for marketing initiatives
Develop a management and reporting system to maintain accountability in marketing department communications
Create regular reports and dashboards to communicate marketing performance to stakeholders
Identify and report on key insights and recommendations for campaign optimization
Collaborate with the marketing team to provide data-driven insights for the development of marketing strategies and campaigns
Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes
What you’ll need:
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent work experience
4+ years of experience in data analytics
Ability to work independently and exercise discretion in ambiguous situations
Proven experience in marketing analysis or a related analytical role
Demonstrated ability communicating complex topics to audiences
Excellent communication skills to present findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders
Knowledge of digital marketing channels, SEO, SEM, and social media
Demonstrated Proficiency in Google Analytics, Microsoft Excel, Tableau, SQL, and other marketing tools
Additional Preferred Skills:
Experience using data cloud and marketing cloud tools (e.g., Salesforce, Treasure Data, Segment, etc.)
Demonstrated proficiency with Python or similar languages
2+ years of experience in data analytics directly related to consumer marketing
