About the Role:
We are seeking an Associate for Paid Search to support a growing portfolio of consumer and retail clients. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end execution and optimization of marketing campaigns across key consumer, retail, and luxury goods clients.
What You’ll Do:
• Assist in the end-to-end execution and optimization of search, shopping, display, and video advertising campaigns, ensuring alignment with client goals and KPIs.
• Serve as a supporting player in client kickoff meetings, client relationship management, campaign strategy, ad-serving, campaign optimization, and tech stack deployment.
• Help analyze campaign performance data to provide actionable insights and implement strategies to improve ROI and overall effectiveness.
• Consistently keep team informed on status of projects verbally and in writing
• Contribute to cross-functional initiatives, including proposal development, technical demonstrations, and marketing efforts.
• Stay at the forefront of industry trends by exploring emerging tools and technologies, incorporating innovative practices to drive efficiency and growth.
What You’ll Bring:
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Google Marketing Platform, with a strong understanding of paid search and programmatic advertising strategies.
• Bachelor's degree with an emphasis on marketing, business or coursework of a quantitative nature; advanced certifications in Google Ads or similar platforms are a plus.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships, leveraging a consultative approach to identify opportunities and solve business challenges.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, and an ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, drive rationale, discover root causes, and identify opportunities.
• Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
