Description
The Dispatcher will maintain the Service Technicians daily schedules and dispatch the technicians as service calls are completed.
4 Days in Office- 1 Day remote if capable
Requirements
ANSWER all incoming phone calls
SCHEDULE and coordinate all service calls as received
CREATE work orders for all service calls
DISPATCH Technicians as per schedule
MAINTAIN dispatch board/ schedule, files accordingly
COMMUNICATE with customers regarding parts, scheduling, equipment, warranties
UPDATE customer files in CRM
RECONCILE timecards daily and submit to Payroll
VERIFY documentation is correct and in compliance with SOP’s
PARTICPATE in WIP meetings as scheduled
PROVIDES call coverage during off hours on a rotating basis
ACKNOWLEDGE and dispatch work orders as FIFO
OTHER duties as deemed necessary
PROCESSING all Internal customer parts orders, inventory control
PROVIDE pricing and shipping information and answers other questions
CORRECT all errors on PRQ’s issued to vendors for Accounts Payable following the correct processes
INTERACTS with customers, sales, operations, and vendors to verify all information is correct and to resolve discrepancies and inconsistencies with orders
