- Consulting Experience: 10+ years of relevant consulting experience in the industry vertical (solid Industry roles will be considered in lieu of consulting)
- Revenue Growth: Track Record Consistent booking of $10M-$15M+
- Vertical Expertise: A passion for enabling technology, organizational effectiveness, strategy, and business advisory services within vertical initiatives
- Relevant Industry Relationships: Experienced in building relationships with CXOs, Executives, senior business decision makers within relevant industry
- Tenure - Some short stints are common and acceptable in sales, but A Players have one or two long stints with demonstrated success. Successive sub 2 year tenures are viewed very negatively.
- Pure sales is not acceptable, this individual should be able to hold industry and domain level conversations with business leaders

You understand phData’s services (even when complex) and are able to position them. You have high learning agility and can quickly digest new concepts in a rapidly evolving technology and business landscape.

- Order Maker NOT an Order Taker - You are able to enter into a strategic account and drive
- Revenue P&L Management – Drive Revenue/ Profit growth targets.
- Customer Relationship Management at CXO Level.
- Review the account metrics with the delivery, operations, and finance teams on regular basis
- Be part of senior management reviews for the performance metrics of the account
- Collaborate with multiple practices and G2M teams in phData to formulate a business plan and implement it at account level
- Have regular meetings and collaborate with the customer decision makers and influencers
- Responsible for execution and customer satisfaction in all the revenue portfolios
- Identify and forge partnerships and tap into existing alliance partnerships of phData to grow the account
- Public Relations: promote phData in the market by attending / speaking at industry events, panels, etc.
