Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Fullstack Web Developer to join our team remotely on a long-term basis. In this role, you will have the opportunity to manage both frontend and backend components for a variety of innovative web and mobile products, contributing to product enhancements, new feature development, and overall product growth.

Our company is focused on creating unique web/mobile solutions, with products that include:

• 20min: An online consultation storefront for creators and experts.
• My Bias: A Pinterest-like K-pop community platform.
• Job-seeking support applications (in development).

We utilize Next.js and Typescript for our monolithic codebase, covering both backend and frontend. Our development practices involve tools such as xstate and atom for state management and prisma for database management.

Key Responsibilities

• Full-stack development and maintenance for web applications.
• Collaborate closely with the founder and the team to enhance product features.
• Improve existing products and contribute to new product development based on user feedback.
• Stay informed about the latest web development trends and apply new technologies to drive product innovation.

Team Structure

Our team consists of the founder and other part-time developers working on various projects. You will collaborate directly with the founder, who provides comprehensive support across product design, quality assurance, and administrative tasks, enabling you to focus on development responsibilities in a streamlined workflow.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in Typescript-based full-stack development.
• Strong backend skills with Next.js and Node.js, ensuring optimized performance.
• Proficiency in state management tools like xstate and atom (Redux and React context are not used).
• Experience with RESTful API development, capable of translating REST concepts into practical solutions.
• Basic infrastructure management skills, emphasizing reliability in application development.
• Familiarity with emerging technologies, such as React query, XState, and Trpc.
• Ability to work independently, demonstrating initiative in product development and problem-solving.
