- Lead the development and execution of tailored ecosystem marketing strategies, leveraging insights and market trends to drive brand visibility and engagement.
- Establish and nurture strategic relationships with partners within the Mantle Ecosystem.
- Performance Optimization and Analysis:
- Implement tracking mechanisms to monitor and analyze the performance of ecosystem marketing campaigns, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize targeting, messaging, and engagement strategies.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and analysis, identifying key trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement to enhance campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Cross-Regional Collaboration and Leadership:
- Foster strong collaboration and alignment between regional and global teams, serving as a liaison between global stakeholders and internal departments to ensure cohesive execution of ecosystem marketing initiatives.
- Craft marketing and amplification campaigns and coordinate GTM strategies for ecosystem growth.
Your Craft - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Extensive experience in ecosystem marketing, partnership management, or related roles, with a strong track record of success in global crypto markets.
- Deep understanding of regional market dynamics, regulatory frameworks, and cultural nuances.
- Based in EU or US Timezone.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, including the protocols' key leaders, industry influencers, and internal teams.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making, with the ability to leverage analytics tools and platforms to optimize campaign performance and drive business outcomes.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with a proactive and collaborative approach to driving cross-functional alignment and achieving shared goals.
