With nearly 300 team members spread across five continents, we support over 1,000 enterprise customers, helping them streamline and manage all aspects of their day-to-day operations.Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Associate Product Manager to join our Owner Portal product team. Portside’s Owner Portal is a digital platform designed to streamline the management and communication process for aircraft owners and operators. It provides a centralized location where aircraft owners and operators can access important information and manage various aspects of their aviation assets. Key features include real-time access to aircraft data, financial reporting, document management, and communication tools. The portal is intended to enhance transparency and efficiency, making it easier for owners to stay informed and make decisions regarding their aircraft.Owner Portal is a completely in-house developed solution. We have been working on it since 2018. The product was released to production in 2018 and has been used by thousands of Portside customers since then.The Owner Portal team includes frontend and backend developers, QA engineers, product managers, and designers. You’ll be working with a team of professionals who are in love with aviation, eager to share their knowledge, and captivated by the idea of building world-class flight management software.Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality technical support to customers by addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and offering solutions in a timely manner
  • Communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal, with customers and internal teams
  • Gather and analyze detailed information from customers to accurately identify and diagnose technical issues
  • Collaborate with the development team to push issues through the resolution process, ensuring that fixes are delivered effectively and on time
  • Follow up with customers post-resolution to ensure satisfaction and proper implementation of fixes
  • Debug and troubleshoot issues related to both internal and external APIs, working closely with development and engineering teams
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company's product offerings and integrations, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the systems supported
  • Document and report recurring issues to assist in the development of long-term solutions and product improvements
  • Provide feedback and insights to the QA team to assist in identifying potential areas of concern before they become widespread issues
  • Assist the product team in creating new features
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in Product Management (or similar position)
  • Strong technical aptitude with experience in debugging APIs and familiarity with web technologies, experience in using tools like JIRA, Chrome DevTools, Sentry, Kibana,
  • OpenSearch/ElasticSearch, Grafana, etc.
  • Ability to handle and prioritize multiple issues simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to convey technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • A background in Quality Assurance (QA) is a significant plus
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, showing initiative and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Continuous learning mindset, with a willingness to adapt to new tools, technologies, and processes
