What you’ll do
  • Manage a book of customers in the LATAM region, as well as other EMEA-based Enterprise customers
  • Be a hiring coach and strategic partner to our customers
  • Establish relationships high and wide throughout our customers organisations
  • Communicate critical customer concerns and opportunities internally
  • Identify upsell opportunities and work with Account Management to renew customer contracts
You should have
  • Professional fluency in both Portuguese and English
  • Experience in Enterprise Customer Success or Talent Acquisition
  • Experience collaborating with a large cross-functional account team
  • Background in SaaS, a plus
