How will you contribute to Nuvolar’s team?

You will pursue our mission by performing the following contributions:

• Define and prioritize the Product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business strategy.
• Translate business requirements into User Stories.
• Analyze and verify requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility, and conformity to standards.
• To collaborate with UX/UI, developers and QA, and the business stakeholders.
• Create epics and user stories, and prioritize the backlog in line with the product roadmap and business processes.
• Be a part of the design, development, and testing process.
• Ensures that continual product value is aligned with customer and business needs.
• Able to apply Scrum best practices.

Now, what will make you succeed with us?

• 5 + years of previous experience as a Product Owner
• Experience doing business analysis, requirements gathering, software testing, or support.
• Experience in mobile/tablet app projects.
• Positive attitude in fast-moving, pressurized environments.
• Demonstrated Agile experience (Scrum or Kanban).
• Agile Product Owner Certification and/or Scrum Master Certification and/or User Experience Design Certification.
• Good management skills.
• Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

1st step: Cultural fit interview

During this face-to-face interview, we want to meet the candidate, understand the expectations regarding career plan and motivation, and give the candidate an overview of the role and Nuvolar's work environment. We will also lay out everything we can offer you and what you can bring to our Nuvofamily so that we can succeed together!

2nd step: Technical Interview with the team

We'd like to invite you to move forward and solve a technical challenge based on your role and experience and assessed by our technical team. This interview is to understand your skills better and to introduce you to the Tech Lead and other team members to give you a better idea of Nuvolar's team culture so you can meet some potential future colleagues.
