This is a remote position.This company is seeking an energetic and driven Account Manager to build long-term, trusting relationships with clients while managing the full client experience from onboarding to project completion. The Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring that client expectations are not only met but exceeded. This role requires someone who takes ownership of their work, invests in the success of clients, and demonstrates a high level of responsibility and accountability.Responsibilities: - Serve as the lead point of contact for all client-related matters.
- Develop and nurture strong, positive relationships with clients, focusing on their long-term growth and success.
- Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring that project timelines and deliverables are met on time and to high standards.
- Proactively double-check client requests, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Clearly communicate project updates, progress, and next steps with internal teams and external stakeholders through calls, SMS, email, and other platforms.
- Address and resolve any client challenges, providing solutions and escalating issues when necessary.
- Jump on phone calls, conduct follow-ups, and remain accessible to support clients' evolving needs.
- Work closely with the internal marketing and web teams to deliver client-focused strategies.
- Track key metrics for each client and report performance data on a regular basis.
Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in account management, client services, or a similar role is highly preferred.
- High energy, positive mindset, and a proactive, “ownership mindset” — taking responsibility for client success and overall project outcomes.
- Strong critical thinking skills, able to quickly understand a diverse range of client businesses and how marketing strategies can drive their success.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executives.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Grit Suite, Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Proven ability to juggle multiple projects while maintaining high attention to detail and organization.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills, with strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- A growth mindset with a passion for learning and adapting to new challenges.
