SNOW Technical Analyst (m/f) – Remote We are currently recruiting, for integration in our internal team/client, professionals with the following profile:

What do you need to have: Hard Skills:

3 years of experience

Excellent functional and technical knowledge of CSM and ITSM modules

Case, incident and request management

Portals and their advanced configuration

CSM model (accounts, contacts, sold products etc)

Agent Workspace

Development skills: JS, SNOW libraries, Scripted APIs, HTML/CSS

Good knowledge of the SNOW platform in general and development processes

Knowledge of Quebec or above

Knowledge of CMDB/CSDM and its application in CSM is a plus

Soft Skills

Good communication

Team spirit

Proactivity

Time management
