Job Responsibilities:

• Define and evangelize cloud-related optimizations and best practices to improve performance and reliability.
• Assist with production triage when performance or availability issues arise.
• Perform system performance and functional analysis of new advanced architectures in comparison with existing paradigms.
• Collaborate with internal engineering teams to optimize and characterize new components, functions, and architectures.
• Construct or modify component models and create approximately timed models to analyze performance results and provide architecture guidance.
• Work with other program teams to leverage technologies across the portfolio.
• Communicate strategy and technology roadmaps to executive staff, industry partners, and customers.
• Manage status reports and schedule deliverables for both support projects.
  
  

Required Skills/ Experience:

• Guidewire on prem / cloud experience
