About the role As our SEO Specialist, you'll be the driving force behind our SEO efforts, making a tangible difference in our business. In this role, you will: 💡 Use tools like AHREFS and Screaming Frog to identify and resolve SEO issues independently. 🛠️ Log into the backend of WordPress websites to implement necessary SEO updates and optimizations. 📊 Craft quarterly SEO strategies to drive business growth and client success. 📈 Take charge of the strategy for a set of accounts, making sure our efforts align with the big picture under the guidance of the VP of Digital Strategy. 💡 Bring our quarterly strategies to life, driving exceptional SEO results for our clients ⏰ Working hours: This is a full-time position, with working hours from midday till 8pm Central European Time, which overlaps with 1pm Eastern Time. About you To excel in this role, you need to have: ✅ High-level SEO experience in an agency environment. ✅ Hands-on experience with AHREFS and Screaming Frog ✅ Experience with WordPress, including optimizing content using plugins and tools. ✅ Strong technical SEO expertise. ✅ Familiarity with project management tools. ✅ Ideally, some experience with link building. Brownie Points for: 🔍 Additional experience with Paid search. 📊 Experience with Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, GA4. We're after someone with serious drive - the kind of person hungry for success and won't stop until our clients see results. They should be able to handle a bunch of projects at once, big or small, and know their way around standard procedures or tackling new problems. Always proactive, they're up-to-date on the latest SEO trends and can hit the ground running with new clients or give a fresh perspective to ongoing projects.
