  • About the Project**

Ethereum is one of the leading blockchains in the cryptocurrency space, ranked as the second largest by market capitalization. We view it as pivotal in driving new possibilities and paving the way toward greater crypto adoption and a decentralized world.

Ethereum powers decentralized finance (DeFi) applications, enabling financial services without the need for traditional intermediaries such as banks or brokers. For example, it allows cryptocurrency users to borrow against their assets or lend them to earn interest.

Our goal is to become the leading provider of staking services on Ethereum, offering non-custodial staking that is profitable, user-friendly, and highly secure.

  • Who We’re Looking For**

The Partner Sales team is focused on engaging intermediaries and introducing them to the concept of SaaS (Staking as a Service). These intermediaries include institutions that offer staking services to their clients, such as banks, exchanges, wallets, and custodians.

Our strategy is centered on understanding client needs and delivering customized solutions from our product suite. We also provide consulting services to help clients improve their staking products and enhance their marketing and sales strategies.

  • Key Responsibilities**
  • Drive the expansion of our international client base and partnerships, achieving our staking as a service objectives.
  • Manage the entire sales process, from prospecting to contract closure, including all commercial negotiations.
  • Establish relationships with key decision-makers at potential partner organizations.
  • Lead negotiations to secure staking service agreements.
  • Identify growth opportunities by understanding customer needs and concerns.
  • Prepare commercial proposals.
  • Represent the company at conferences and public events.
  • Maintain client and internal updates through the CRM system.
  • Qualifications**
  • In-depth knowledge of the cryptocurrency market, blockchain technology, and Web3 principles.
  • Proven experience in a quota-driven, full-cycle business development or sales role, such as Business Development Manager or Account Executive.
  • Demonstrated success within a fast-growing tech company.
  • Experience in outbound prospecting and delivering product demos.
  • A consultative sales approach combined with strong analytical and quantitative skills, with a history of closing deals.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A strong sense of ownership and accountability.
