What We Are Looking For

We’re seeking a Mid-Senior Full Stack Software Engineer with proven leadership experience who shares our commitment to reshaping the e-commerce industry. If you’re an autonomous, detail-oriented professional with a strong ability to translate business requirements into innovative and robust UI/UX designs, and you have experience leading teams to success, we would be thrilled to have you on our team. This role involves working closely with both technical and business teams in a fast-paced, engaging work environment.

What You Will Do

  • Implement visual elements into various web applications, ensuring they meet business objectives and user needs.
  • Lead a team of engineers, providing mentorship, guidance, and technical oversight to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Collaborate with product managers and business analysts to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Create prototypes, mockups, and staging sites for review and feedback.
  • Optimize websites and applications to ensure fast loading speeds.
  • Maintain and enhance websites and applications, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Identify and troubleshoot website issues and coding problems.
  • Collaborate with the application team to improve functionality and user-friendliness consistently.
  • Stay updated with the latest developments in the industry and technology trends.
  • Work within AWS and interact with PostgreSQL databases.

  • You are comfortable working in both the frontend and backend.
  • You possess strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of software development experience.
  • 3+ years of experience with React and TypeScript.
  • A portfolio showcasing past work and projects.
  • Proven experience leading a team of engineers.
  • Proficiency in interpreting and implementing web designs from Figma.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with designers, developers, business teams, and other internal stakeholders.
  • Proven problem-solving skills with a willingness to troubleshoot and solve complex issues.

Good to have

  • Tailwind CSS experience.
  • Experience working in early-stage startups or on personal projects.
  • Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools.
  • Experience with AWS and PostgreSQL.
