Key Responsibilities
- Calendar Management/Scheduling: Manage and maintain the executive's schedule, including arranging meetings, appointments, and travel plans.
- Email Handling: Monitor, manage, and respond to emails on behalf of the executive, ensuring timely and professional communication.
- File Organization: Organize and maintain files on shared servers, ensuring easy access and retrieval of documents.
- Internal and External Communications: Facilitate communication between internal teams and external clients, acting as a liaison to ensure effective collaboration.
- Benchmarking Tasks: Conduct research and benchmarking activities to support executive decision-making.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Experience in Adobe Creative Suite is a plus!
- Organization: Highly organized with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using various software and tools for communication and organization.
- Proactive: Ability to anticipate needs and take initiative without requiring detailed instructions.
- Interior Design experience is a huge bonus
- Marketing experience in any field
- PR experience in any area
- Graphic Design experience preferred
