What You Get To Do Every Day:


  • Leverage business acumen and technical marketing abilities to develop meaningful client relationships
  • Conceptualize, test and measure new client engagement strategies (workshops, webinars, audits) to support retention and current customer revenue targets
  • Deliver specialized customer-experiences like anniversary gifts, personalized check-ins, and support for unique circumstances in our client’s lives (getting married, having a baby, losing a loved one, etc.)
  • Collaborate with Team Members across all OuterBox functions to identify opportunities for same-store customer growth (new services, increases, or new projects) aligned with clients’ business goals
  • Leverage CRM to enhance customer insights and track key client engagements
  • Develop professional network via Client referrals, social media posts, and other speaking opportunities
  • Execute all phases of the sales process for key Customers as it relates to nurturing, maturing, and facilitating these long-term relationships
  • Provide strategic planning support for the advancement of Team and Client alignment through check-in calls/email, and meeting participation (in-person and virtual)
  • Organize client feedback for internal training improvements and competitive insights to improve our teams’ go-to-market strategies


This is a remote work opportunity with limited travel obligations, which requires demonstrating a level of dedication and commitment to being self-driven and accountable.



What You Bring To The Role:

  • 2+ years of digital marketing experience developing and executing SEO, PPC, Web, and analytics strategies for wide array of clients
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Negotiation skills and ability to navigate prospect objections towards successful opportunities
  • Strong presentation skills capable of leading both remote and in-person trainings/workshops
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work with a variety of Team Members and Customers
  • Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative, Team environment
  • Ability to translate quantitative data into actionable recommendations to grow business
  • Ability to connect and sell to C-level executives (CEO, CMO, President, VP, Director Level, etc.)
