D·engage was founded and is led by MarTech SaaS veterans who have decades of experience growing multiple SaaS companies from the ground up. To achieve our target of growing to a $200 million company within the next 24 months, we are looking for a Junior Product Manager in India who will be responsible for looking into technical services for us.

As a Junior Product Manager, you'll play a key role in collaborating with customer support teams, to deliver impactful features and enhancements. You'll focus on gathering user requirements, and helping translate these into the suitable content. You’ll help resolve support issues and respect SLA’s set up.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and optimize content for clients across multiple channels (email, push notifications, on-site content) to drive smooth onboarding and feature adoption.
  • Act as a bridge between customer support and development teams, addressing technical support tickets quickly and efficiently.
  • Utilize HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for clients and internal teams.
  • Assist in analyzing content performance and provide insights to improve future product and content releases.
  • Collaborate with teams to improve product features and resolve customer-facing challenges.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in technical services or Html/CSS related role (support, QA, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to help guide front-end product decisions.
  • Proficiency in SQL for querying databases and analyzing product usage data.
  • Previous experience working in a support or customer-facing role, with the ability to empathize with users and troubleshoot issues.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to articulate product vision and requirements.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • A problem-solving mindset with a strong attention to detail.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience working on a CDMP or similar data-driven platforms.
  • Knowledge of API integrations and data analytics tools.
