- Assist in designing and deploying the ThousandEyes network monitoring system across multiple network environments
- Identification and analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure continuous network performance improvements
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams to effectively integrate monitoring solutions
- Provision of comprehensive reports on network health, performance metrics, and trend analysis
- Development and implementation of automated alerts and notifications for proactive network issue resolution
- Development of strategies for improved network service quality and customer satisfaction
- Several years of professional experience in network monitoring and management, with a focus on software-defined networks and cloud architectures
- Very good expertise in utilizing ThousandEyes or similar network monitoring tools
- In-depth knowledge of SDN (Software Defined Networking) and cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure)
- Knowledge of ITIL framework
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving competence
- Very good command of English (at least B2)
