Responsibilities
- Provide excellent technical support to German-speaking clients through multiple communication channels
- Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve inquiries in a timely manner
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company's products and services
- Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Participate in training and development sessions to enhance service skills and product knowledge
- Utilize customer feedback to contribute to the continual improvement of support processes
- Fluency in German and English, both spoken and written
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills focused on customer service
- Previous experience in technical support or customer service is an advantage
- Ability to handle multiple inquiries simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- A proactive and team-oriented approach with a desire to learn
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace new experiences
