About the Position: We are seeking a dedicated Virtual Assistant based in Indonesia with a specialized focus on servicing real estate professionals. This role prefers interest in the real estate industry and the adaptability of operating during US time zones. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, communicative, and proactive in managing various tasks associated with real estate operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Manage and organize real estate documents.
  • Communication: Coordinate communication with clients, potential buyers, and other stakeholders. Respond to property inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Organize viewings, meetings, ensuring no conflicts and accounting for time zone differences.
  • Market Research: Conduct research on market trends, and compile competitor analysis to keep the team informed.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update client databases, ensuring all contact details, transaction data, and communication logs are up-to-date.
  • Document Creation: Draft, format, and proofread documents including property descriptions, marketing materials, and client correspondence.
  • Lead Generation: Assist in identifying potential leads and manage follow-ups.
  • Social Media & Marketing: Manage and schedule real estate related posts, monitor engagement, and respond to comments or direct messages on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Transaction Coordination: Assist in overseeing transactions from initial contact to closing, ensuring all paperwork and deadlines are met.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with exceptional communication skills.
  • Must have a reliable and fast internet connection, along with the necessary equipment to work remotely.
  • Prior experience in real estate administration or support is highly preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other software/tools.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
