Hear from the hiring manager: In this position, Project Managers will manage the entire project lifecycle. You will handle service projects ranging from 20-50 hours, focusing on ensuring projects start, meet milestones, and are delivered on time. You’ll be part of our international customer team, working alongside our Customer Acquisition, Customer Success, Development, and Product teams.
The Project Manager is a key client-facing role within Publitas. You will be tasked with ensuring that our enterprise clients are on-boarded on our SaaS platform quickly and with a high level of quality and customer satisfaction. You will also be required to consult with our existing client bases to scope and deliver new innovative solutions to their ongoing challenges.

Take ownership by:
- Lead customer onboarding projects
- You will accompany, lead, guide, and advise clients on their journey to implementing our solution throughout their business.
- This includes system setup, configuration, and user training.
- Solution consulting
- Lead and participate in client-facing workshops to scope and design a fit-for-purpose solution. Working closely with the client to define long term success metrics.
- Assist the end-user as the key subject matter expert relating to Publitas and our commercial offering.
- Project management
- Identify, categorize, and escalate delivery risks.
- You'll work on various project types, including design, technical, integration, development, and print to digital transformations.
- You’ll consult clients on their design/technical best practices and make suggestions based on our current services package.
- Analyze and document business processes.
- Plan and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Manage various scale projects lasting from 1-2 days to 6 months.
- Ensure clients and internal stakeholders are aware of project status, outstanding tasks, and agreed timelines while keeping projects within plan.
- Following projects through the entire project life-cycle working in an agile environment.
- Proactively identify ways of improving the implementation processes and team documentation.
- Work closely with our Services and Customer Success teams to deliver fast-paced, high-profile client-facing projects.
This challenge will suit you if:
- Fluency in English, German and Spanish
- Prior experience in working directly with clients to understand requirements and implement technical solutions.
- Experience with Digital publishing/Marketing and Retail clients.
- Knowledge and experience of project management methodologies and design.
- Experience using Asana, JIRA, or a similar project management interface.
- You have a basic understanding of HTML, tag management software, and advertising software.
- You have a basic understanding of SEO and Google Analytics as well as basic knowledge of Adobe InDesign/Photoshop
- Must be a natural problem solver.
- Have significant commercial acumen.
- Proven track record in delivering SaaS implementation projects.
- Skilled communicator with the ability to identify and engage key stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills.
- Currently based in the EU.
