Position Overview:

Senior Backend Developer
Position Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Backend Developer with expert-level skills and extensive experience in Python, Django/Flask, PostgreSQL, SQL, AWS (S3, EC2, SQS, Kafka, Message Q, Redis). The ideal candidate will also have proficiency in Terraform and Open Search. Additionally, the candidate should possess a deep understanding of microservices architectures and distributed systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain backend services, ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and deploy robust solutions.
- Optimize existing codebase for efficiency and scalability.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Mentor and manage Mid and Junior developers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
- Collaborate with product managers and UX/UI designers to deliver high-quality features.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Expert-level proficiency in Python, Django/Flask, Postgres, SQL, AWS (S3, EC2, SQS, Kafka, Message Q, Redis).
- Proficiency in Terraform and Open Search is a plus.
- Strong understanding of microservices architectures and distributed systems.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in mentoring and managing Mid or Junior developers.
- Passionate about software development and a strong desire to stay updated with the latest industry trends.
