Architect (Node.js) at BairesDev
As a Architect (Node.js), shape the future of our server-side platforms using your extensive knowledge of Node.js and backend system design. Your role focuses on creating scalable backend architectures, guiding technical strategies, and leading development teams to build innovative, efficient server-side applications.
What you will do:
- Design and oversee the implementation of system architecture in Node.js, ensuring scalability, performance, and alignment with business goals.
- Lead technical strategy and innovation, researching and integrating new technologies to enhance system capabilities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into robust technical solutions.
- Establish best practices in software design and coding standards, ensuring high-quality and maintainable code.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to development teams, enhancing their skills and practices.
- Recommend tools, technologies, and processes to improve development efficiency and product quality.
Here’s what we are looking for:
- 8+ years of experience with Node.js.
- Strong background in software architecture design.
- Strong understanding of system security.
- In-depth knowledge of memory management and performance optimization.
- Experience in designing and integrating distributed and scalable solutions, particularly in cloud environments
- Skilled in relational and non-relational databases.
- Ability to choose between different architectures/technologies, understanding the pros and cons of each.
- Expert in managing CI/CD pipelines.
- Advanced level of English.
