About The Role

Are you client-obsessed with a passion for building and maintaining strong relationships? In the role of Client Success Specialist, you will play a pivotal part in onboarding clients, ensuring their success, and maintaining long-term satisfaction. You’ll bring a personal approach, be highly responsive, and enjoy engaging with people.


Your responsibilities will include turning client challenges into wins and upselling/cross-selling additional services. Consistent check-ins and maintaining high client retention will also be key aspects of this role. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a global team, supporting high-level executives in the outsourcing/offshore staffing space.


What you’ll do

- Onboard clients and ensure they are set up for success from day one.

- Regularly check in with clients via Zoom, phone calls, emails, and texts to maintain satisfaction and address any issues.

- Help resolve client challenges by offering effective solutions and turning potential issues into positive outcomes.

- Assist with client retention strategies, including upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

- Build strong, personal relationships with clients by providing a tailored approach to their needs.

- Collaborate with a global team, including talent from the Philippines and LATAM, to deliver the best service.

- Proactively identify areas for improvement and take initiative to support clients' success.

- Ensure clients feel valued, supported, and excited to continue their partnership.


What you’ll bring

- Previous experience in the client success space, especially working with high-level executives.

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to be responsive and engaging.

- Fun, bubbly personality with a passion for interacting with clients and providing top-tier service.

- Proficiency in Hubspot CRM.

- A problem-solving mindset and the ability to transform client issues into positive experiences.

- Experience working with a global team and an interest in the outsourcing/offshore staffing sector.

- Proactive and initiative-driven approach with a go-getter attitude.

- Ability to embrace uniqueness and play a key role in a fast-growing team.
