About this rol

e…Integrating our Point Of Sale and Online Ordering solutions into other technologies (such as last mile delivery partners, stock control, and CRM systems) of our existing and potential customers is a key part of Flipdish’s strategy to provide excellent service and a one-stop-shop solution to independent restaurants. In this role, you will collaborate with the Integrations team, Product team, Commercial team, and third-parties to support integrations between Flipdish's technology stack and a range of third-party providers. This is essential for expanding the range of services we can seamlessly offer our customer

The main responsibilities of this role will be to ensure integrations with third parties are well-documented internally, and implemented efficiently and effectively, while also supporting internal team education and troubleshooting on our integrations. You will also be required to maintain excellent levels of communication with all parties involved, including colleagues in our European HQ, external technology partners, and customers across our core markets in the UK, Ireland, Spain, and North Ameri

  • ents.Manage and update prospect integrations, maintaining accurate records and facilitating smooth onboarding proce
  • sses.Take ownership of assigned integration life cycles, managing them efficiently from initiation to comple
  • tion.Assist in the preparation and rollout of larger integration projects, supporting their success and smooth implementa
  • tion.Contribute to the definition and refinement of processes and procedures within the Integrations department, driving operational excellence and effici
