Junior Data Engineer (16463)
Baer is looking for a Junior Data Engineer for a 12+ month remote project.

Description:
- Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of data pipelines and architectures.
- Write, optimize, and manage SQL queries to retrieve, analyze, and transform data from relational databases.
- Create and maintain data visualizations using tools like BOBJ, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights.
- Work with data warehousing technologies such as Informatica, Snowflake, or Databricks to build and maintain robust data storage solutions.
- Support data integration and ETL processes to ensure data is accurately loaded and stored.
- Assist in developing data science models and pipelines using platforms like Databricks or Dataiku.
- Collaborate with data scientists to implement machine learning models and perform data analysis.
- 1-2 years of professional experience in a data engineering role, which could include internship experience.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with relational database systems.
- Demonstrated experience with data visualization tools such as BOBJ, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Experience with data warehousing technologies, including Informatica, Snowflake, or Databricks.
- Experience with data science platforms like Databricks or Dataiku is desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
