- Process all reservation requests, including changes and cancellations via phone, chat, or fax for various properties
- Determine callers' needs through active listening and probing questions to provide tailored solutions
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of each property and its services to effectively assist guests
- Handle guest service issues with proper resolution and communicate special requests to hotels
- Utilize sales training to enhance selling skills and ensure effective communication of reservation policies
- Minimum of a High School diploma; post-high school education preferred
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or sales role
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant PC applications
- Must be able to quickly learn and adapt to new systems
- Experience in the hospitality industry or previous contact center experience
- Familiarity with property management systems (PMS) and customer relationship management (CRES) tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle guest inquiries professionally
- Excellent time management skills and flexibility in handling various tasks
