- Drive sales through consultative selling and contribute to personal and team sales goals
- Follow up with vendors and stores on customer projects to expedite timelines
- Warm transfer customers to the appropriate teams for further assistance
- Make outbound calls to follow up on online requests and in-store leads
- Must be eighteen years of age or older
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Design and Retail, Specialty Retail, Outside Sales, or Trade
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
- Completion of a high school diploma and/or GED
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Consultative selling experience
- Advanced knowledge of door and window design and installation
- Exemplary organizational skills
- Ability to negotiate and resolve grievances with customers
