Overview

Position: Valuation Coordinator

Location: Remote- If located within 30 miles of the corporate office in Tustin, CA employee would be required to work in house out of office 2 days a week on Tues & Thurs.

Pay: $19-$21/ hr – depending on experience.

Responsibilities

  • Monitoring Appraiser rotations and maintaining the panels on a continuous basis. This includes making sure license and E&O are up to date.
  • Responsible for assigning and tracking Appraisal files and providing status updates on files when needed.
  • Ensure NAF requirements and timelines are met while providing a product that meets customer goals and USPAP requirements.
  • Obtaining applications and required document to approve new appraisers. Review and approve according to NAF policy.
  • Onboarding appraisers in the NAF panel upon approving their application.
  • Receiving panel removal requests and escalate to the Chief Valuation Officer.
  • Communicating with Appraisers, Operations Staff and Mortgage Bankers. Communication typically occurs through email, telephone, and written correspondence.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  • Team player.
  • Adapt quickly to a rapidly changing environment.
  • Exhibit excellent computer skills. Knowledge of MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, and Adobe is required.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform several complex tasks simultaneously and effectively.
